Eight-year-old Elizabeth Hughes made her singing debut at the Norfolk Admirals game the other day, and was doing an awesome job until everyone's performing nightmare happened: the mic died.Instead of enduring an awkward silence and a nervous dude rummaging around for a new mic like you'd expect, the crowd didn't miss a beat and soon the entire stadium filled with thousands of voices picking up where Elizabeth left off.
After a crazy week like this one, it's refreshing to see some good old fashioned American unity.
