PS22 Sings 'Somewhere Over the Rainbow' at The Academy Awards (The One)

The Oscars definitely tried to keep it young last night by having hOtTiEs Anne Hathaway and James Franco host and autotuning the movies, but the most successful part of their campaign to be cool was at the end of the show when they had the kids from the PS22 Chorus come out on stage and sing 'Somewhere Over the Rainbow'.

The kids have been a big deal on the internet for a couple of years now, so they're no strangers to the spotlight, but there was still something special about seeing all of their excited faces serenading a room full of celebrities, and it warmed my chilly heart.
