Tarver took part in one of the biggest upsets of the last decade when he knocked out the pound-for-pound king Roy Jones Jr. in the second round of their highly-anticipated rematch.
It's a long shot, but Tarver is right. Mosley is only one shot away from changing the fight and changing history.
At 42, Tarver continues to fight, now in the heavyweight and cruierweight divisions. His next bout will be against Danny Green in July.
