After her on-air flub went viral this week and reports of her allegedly having a stroke on-air swirled around the internet, reporter Serene Branson finally appeared on CBS 2 Los Angeles this morning to see the clip for the first time and let everyone know what really happened.It turns out she didn't have a stroke, and she wasn't under the influence of drugs or alcohol as some commenters wondered, but she did suffer from a complex migraine, a condition that runs in her family.
She says she is surprised and touched by the outpouring of support she's received from people around the world who have seen the video, and that she hopes to be back to work soon.
Feel better, Serene!
