Bill Hader Cracks Up While Playing 'Stefon' on 'Saturday Night Live' (VIDEO)

Bill Hader Cracks Up While Playing 'Stefon' on 'Saturday Night Live'There's an ongoing debate as to whether it's awesome or annoying when cast members crack up on 'Saturday Night Live' (Sat., 11:30PM ET on NBC). For instance, a lot of people hated former cast member Jimmy Fallon, simply because he laughed during sketches. Personally, we tend to err on the "awesome" side of the equation, but that's just us.

Now, the new king of inappropriate live giggling is ... Bill Hader, who's been having a lot trouble when playing his gay-themed character "Stefon" on "Weekend Update." "Stefon" is actually based on a dude who Bill has personally met. But the normally laid-back and professional Mr. Hader has some issues with playing him -- he's cracked up and broken character in the past.

Anyway, watch for yourself, as Bill/"Stefon" tries to talk about hipster-ish Christmas parties, "human parking cones" and "jacked midgets" -- but then is unable to restrain himself. Hader starts laughing, then starts freaking out again ... and has to cover his face with his hands.
